Fused Single Window Wideband Fiber 1X2/2x2 couplers from Hiphotonics provide exact optical signal coupling and splitting. Available with several tap ratios, fiber kinds, and connector choices, these couplers feature very low polarization sensitivity, low excess loss, and great homogeneity. Tested using industry standard techniques, all devices are shown to be able to manage high optical power up to 3W. Popular approach for manufacturing high-quality couplers, fused biconical taper (FBT) technology forms the basis of Hiphotoincs' couplers. Usually spanning from 1260 nm to 1650 nm, the Fiber Coupler 1x2 Fused Single Window is optimized for single window wideband operation, so they offer homogeneous coupling over a large wavelength range. To satisfy diverse power splitting needs, they are available with several tap ratios ranging from 1/99 to 50/50.

Excellent homogeneity of these couplers guarantees stable coupling ratios for every input power and wavelength. They also have little excess loss, hence the coupling process loses just a tiny quantity of light. These couplers have rather low polarization sensitivity, hence they can equally handle both polarizations of light. They also come in FC, SC, ST, and LC connectors among other connector types.
