Hiphotonics Communications Co., Ltd. proudly introduces its DTS Temperature-Sensing Fiber Optic Cable, a product developed to convert traditional optical transmission lines into real-time sensing networks.

Its objective is to enable every meter of optical wire to detect temperature changes, achieving a shift from "transmission" to "perception."

1. Structure: 5-in-1 Precision Protection

The Hiphotonics DTS sensing cable is designed with a multi-layer composite protection system to ensure durability in the hardest industrial settings.

Tight-Buffered Optical Fiber: Optimized sensing fiber for DTS systems with thick LSZH buffering for better micro-bending resistance and long-term stability.

The stainless steel tube acts as the cable's "steel backbone," protecting it against crushing, bending, and rat damage while maintaining signal integrity under mechanical stress.

Aramid Yarn Strength Member provides superior tensile strength, preventing fiber breakage during field deployment and dragging.

Stainless Steel Braiding is a flexible mesh that can withstand twisting, cutting, and animal attacks, providing durability and flexibility in challenging conditions.

The Flame-Retardant LSZH Jacket is UV-resistant and corrosion-proof, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use while remaining lightweight and strong.


2. Performance: Designed for Industrial Grade Applications.

Each Hiphotonics DTS fiber optic cable is thoroughly tested to provide stability and precision in demanding monitoring scenarios.

Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C

Tensile strength: ≥350N (long-term) and ≥800N (short-term).

Crush resistance: ≥2500N/100mm (long-term); ≥4000N/100mm (short-term).

Bending radius: ≥20×D (D represents cable outer diameter).

Deployment: reusable and appropriate for complex installation pathways and rapid deployment circumstances.
