Fiber Optic Closures Dome-Type
Hiphotonics makes dome-shaped (cap-shaped) fiber optic closures that are perfect for FTTH, FTTx, and backbone optical communication networks. These closures seal very well, have a lot of core capacity, and preserve things well in many different conditions. They are great for use on poles, walls, and underground.

Materials and Design for High Performance
The dome body is made of high-strength PP or reinforced ABS that is used in industry. This makes it strong, resistant to UV rays, and resistant to corrosion. The closure works well even when the temperature is very low or very high, from -40°C to +65°C. It is also IP68-rated, which means it is very good at keeping out water and dust.
International standards IEC 61753, YD/T 814.1, and RoHS are used to make Hiphotonics closures. To make sure that each closure will work well in the field for a long time, it goes through demanding quality and sealing performance tests, such as air pressure sealing tests and thermal cycling validation.
Flexible Capacity and Growth

We have a variety of models and sizes to fulfill varied needs for core count and deployment:

The fiber core can hold up to 576 /1440cores, depending on the size and design.

Tray setup: Each modular splice tray may hold 12 or 24 fibers and can be stacked to make more space.

Splitter integration: Works with FTTH branching using 1:8, 1:16, and 1:32 PLC splitters

Cable ports: 4 to 10 ports for cables to come in and out, with choices for mechanical or heat-shrink sealing

Management of fiber that works well

The inside construction has a well-organized pattern for splicing, storage, and routing that limits fiber bending, improves protection, and makes maintenance easier. The closures are:

Control of bend radius and clear fiber routing paths

Holders for splice protectors and fiber slack built in
Quick access without tools to remove the dome
